Shipping policy

Shipping Method:

  • Local Delivery – available for Metro Manila and nearby provinces only

Delivery Areas:

  • Any point in Metro Manila
  • Laguna: San Pedro, Binan
  • Rizal: Cainta, Antipolo, Taytay, Angono

Shipping Fees:

  • Flat Rate Shipping Fee (Within Metro Manila): P150
  • Shipping Fee Outside Manila: Depending on actual shipping costs via LBC

Shipping Timeline:

  • Orders within Metro Manila: Monday and Thursday 12noon cut off for next day delivery.  
  • Orders outside Metro Manila: Within 2-3 days from ordering

Shipping Guidelines:

  • Deliveries are made from 9am to 7pm 
  • No deliveries during holidays and weekends
  • Delivery updates are sent via email and text on the day of delivery
  • Rider will call or text when he’s on his way and nearby
  • In case of severe weather or other uncontrollable factors, deliveries might be delayed.
